ANP Corp goes back a long way in history, tracing it all back to the
year 1997. Initially, it was known by the name of Prakash Constructions, then gained the identity of 5
Star constructions. And in January 2020, it got rebranded as ANP Corp. In this journey of more than 2
decades, we have created splendid homes and not just spaces for our customers. To date, we have given rise
to top-notch retail, residential, and commercial spaces....
Now, after laying down such a firm foundation, we are ready to do something
for our esteemed nation. And to support this cause, our two respected trustees, Mr Sunil Adwani and Mr
Manohar Pherwani have collectively established ANP’s Initiative, ANP Care Foundation. This establishment
will do boundless seva for all the needy and underprivileged people under our supervision.

At ANP Care Foundation, our mission is to bridge the gap between underprivileged citizens of the society and essential human needs. We wish to create a world where every person is able to avail himself/herself of all kinds of necessary services. We strongly believe that life is not about basic existence, it is about a full-fledged living. That’s why we try to offer services that help indigent people live a better life.
Now speaking of our vision, it comprises a world where everyone has proper access to healthcare and a flourishing life. We foresee a society where life thrives without any financial barriers. And the day, we are able to create a world free of all sorts of diseases, malnourishment, and deficiencies, our mission would get accomplished in the truest sense
One of the reputed founders of ANP Care Foundation, Mr Manohar Pherwani
was born on 11th May 1954. Slowly and steadily, he grew up into a person who is always keen on helping
everyone around him.
Besides keeping up with his core duties, Mr Pherwani also has been an integral part of a charity foundation,
Sindhu Seva Dal for the last 28 years. Along with this, he has also been its president for a period of 18
years, and now he is an active member. Furthermore, he has also been the Vice President of the KRIPS
Foundation from its very inception. Being such a crucial...member
of this foundation, he has been wholeheartedly serving differently-abled people.
Also, he has been part of a program where school books and other related items were distributed among
poor families and blind persons. He is also credited for initiating Beti Padhao & other Women Empowerment
schemes. Moreover, he has also been a part of the Suhina Sindhi Foundation and also held the notable
position of a ‘Trustee’ there. In this period of his journey, he realized how essential these kinds of
initiatives are for the greater good of society and that’s why he instituted ANP Care Foundation.
